1、 Increase the inlet temperature of hot air. It is understood that under the condition of constant temperature away from the tower, the higher the inlet temperature of hot air, the more heat transferred to mud droplets and the more water evaporated by unit hot air. When the production capacity is constant, the amount of hot air required is reduced, so that the heat loss can be reduced and the heat consumption of the vacuum spray dryer can be reduced.
2、 The off tower temperature of hot air can be appropriately reduced. When the inlet temperature of hot air is constant, reducing the temperature of hot air leaving the tower can reduce the heat taken away by hot air leaving the tower, and make greater use of the heat of hot air to dry materials.
Three, increasing the temperature difference between the hot air and the hot air from the tower, increasing the inlet temperature of the hot air or decreasing the temperature of the hot blast tower, increasing the temperature difference between the hot air and the hot air, and making full use of the heat of the hot air to evaporate the moisture of the material, so as to raise the thermal efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the spray drying tower.
Four, the production efficiency of spray dryer can be improved by reducing the moisture content of the material. In fact, fluidity and atomization can shorten the time of spray drying. Adding suitable water reducing agent can reduce moisture content and accelerate drying time.
5、 The waste heat of waste gas can be recovered through heat exchanger, so as to save energy. For example, during the use of vacuum spray dryer, the heat exchanger will be able to make full use of heat, thereby improving the atomization efficiency of spray dryer and reducing energy consumption.
