空壓機(jī)噪聲的控制方法

空壓機(jī)噪聲的控制主要采用消聲器、消聲坑道和隔聲技術(shù)三個(gè)方面，我們來分別了解一下吧：

主要噪聲源是進(jìn)、排氣口，應(yīng)選用適宜的進(jìn)排氣消聲器。空壓機(jī)進(jìn)氣噪聲的頻譜呈低頻特性，進(jìn)氣消聲器應(yīng)選用抗性結(jié)構(gòu)或以個(gè)、抗性為主的阻抗復(fù)合式結(jié)構(gòu)?？諌簷C(jī)的排氣氣壓大，氣流速度高，應(yīng)在空壓機(jī)排氣口使用小孔消聲器。

消聲坑道的地下或半地下的坑道，坑道壁用吸聲性好的磚砌成。把空壓機(jī)的進(jìn)氣管和消聲坑道連接，使空氣通過消聲坑道進(jìn)入空壓機(jī)。采用消聲坑道可使空壓機(jī)的進(jìn)氣噪聲大大降低，使用壽命也比一般消聲器長(zhǎng)。
