分析如下:

一、油氣分離芯本身是不會(huì)燃燒著火,必須有附帶條件是火種和助燃?xì)怏w才會(huì)燃燒著火。
1、 The oil-gas separation core itself will not be ignited. Only the fire and combustion supporting gas can be ignited.
二、油氣分離芯所產(chǎn)生的靜電并不會(huì)容易產(chǎn)生火種,因?yàn)閴嚎s空氣穿過(guò)玻纖后是產(chǎn)生靜電,靜電要散到壓縮機(jī)的外殼處才能起作用,它的作用是吸附很小很小在不規(guī)則運(yùn)動(dòng)的細(xì)小油顆粒在纖維上,越吸越多就產(chǎn)生大油顆粒,利用油的重量比空氣的重量重就下降到油氣分離芯的低部,重新回到潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)上。

這樣是一種布朗運(yùn)動(dòng)。如果靜電散不走的就不能起到布朗運(yùn)動(dòng)的原理,所以油氣分離芯的墊片上要加導(dǎo)電片的原因,所以靜電并不是燃燒著火的原因。

三、油氣分離芯燃燒的一種條件已經(jīng)具備的是助燃?xì)怏w就是壓縮空氣,另一種火種,產(chǎn)生火種的原因有幾種原因:

2、是壓縮機(jī)所使用的機(jī)油,壓縮機(jī)機(jī)油是很關(guān)健,機(jī)油的閃點(diǎn)是否達(dá)到要求,它的抗氧化能力是否達(dá)標(biāo),機(jī)油在受壓下不斷在變化,在80度和100度的條件下機(jī)油的氣化量都不一樣,在100度的氣化量是80度的10倍。

所以壓縮機(jī)機(jī)油的氣化量越大,產(chǎn)生炭積的就越多,在炭積不斷受到壓縮機(jī)的溫度影響,就不斷加溫直到產(chǎn)生火種。
Therefore, the larger the gasification amount of compressor oil, the more carbon deposit will be produced. When the carbon deposit is constantly affected by the temperature of the compressor, it will be heated until the fire is produced.
3、壓縮機(jī)的保壓閥是否有損壞,如果損壞是在幾臺(tái)壓縮機(jī)同時(shí)在使用的,就容易產(chǎn)生氣體相擊,容易產(chǎn)生火種。
