羅茨鼓風(fēng)機和螺桿鼓風(fēng)機的區(qū)別在哪里

羅茨鼓風(fēng)機和螺桿鼓風(fēng)機都是屬于容積式風(fēng)機，如果兩者要進行比較的話，可以簡單歸結(jié)為壓縮原理的不同，螺桿鼓風(fēng)機的、穩(wěn)定、低噪優(yōu)勢更為突出。

羅茨鼓風(fēng)機在運轉(zhuǎn)和輸送空氣的過程中，轉(zhuǎn)子間的腔體不發(fā)生容積變化，壓力來自于把大量的空氣強制送入一個體積比較小的外部腔體中，如：管道或儲氣罐中，外部腔體中空氣的密度不斷提高，從而產(chǎn)生壓力，通常稱之為“外壓縮”。

而螺桿鼓風(fēng)機的工作原理就跟羅茨鼓風(fēng)機有些區(qū)別了，空氣同樣是吸進來，再排出去，吸氣時，螺桿和螺桿之間的空腔是大的，隨著螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動，腔體體積會逐漸變小，當氣體排出去后，腔體容積會變得很小很小。也就是說，在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中，就相當于把2m3的氣壓縮成1m3的氣，壓力隨之就提高，也就是說這個壓力的提升不是來自于外圍的管網(wǎng)，而是來自于主機腔體內(nèi)部容腔的變化，也就是所謂的內(nèi)壓縮。

螺桿鼓風(fēng)機采用的內(nèi)壓縮所需功耗要遠遠低于羅茨鼓風(fēng)機采用的外壓縮，而且內(nèi)壓縮過程是連續(xù)漸進的，氣流脈動要低于羅茨鼓風(fēng)機，所以螺桿鼓風(fēng)機的噪音及穩(wěn)定性也均優(yōu)于羅茨鼓風(fēng)機。

The internal compression of screw blower needs much less power than that of Roots blower, and the internal compression process is continuous and gradual, and the flow pulsation is lower than roots blower, so the noise and stability of screw blower are better than roots blower.
